1500£ Gaming PC

So my budget is around 1500 +/- I will be using my PC mostly for games. And obviously i don't know that much so i need your help guys.
What i was thinking is Ryzen 1700x with GTX1080 everything packed into Phanteks Enthoo Evolv case. Could you guys help me out with all other parts and/or some advice. If i missed something, which i probably did, let me know.

Yes i only need core, no monitor/mouse etc.. Windows isn't a problem aswel. Thanks for your time and help anyway, i will look into stuff you recommended tomorrow.

the 1700x seems a bit of an overkill, the 5 1600 3.2 is more than ample for the job.
Also try looking at the NZXT s340 Elite case, its fantastic plus it comes with a magnet puck that you can hang your headphones on, fantastic cable management and also looks the bee's friggin knees :)

Mostly for gaming, i do edit from time to time etc, but not that much. When it comes to case, I can't check it out right now but i will as soon as possible, i just thought that case looked sick but tbh i'm open minded.
