150gb Raptor vs Seagate 250GB?

I have the 74 GB Raptor at the moment and need more space. So which is better to buy a 150gb Raptor or 1/2 Seagate 250s 16mb ones (if 2 I will RAID them). I mainly play games on this so like fast loading games.
