This is actually quite difficult.
200BHP petrol immediately discounts the Mazda - it's NA and flat as a witches tit.
£15k is not quite enough for decent W205 C Class and it's also tight for an F30 328i. If you can add another £2-3k to the budget, a C200 Sport becomes a viable option and they're a nice car.
You'll get a nice Mk5 Mondeo 2.0 Ecoboost Titanium X for your budget, but they're thirsty with the slushbox. The Mk4.5 is a better car, but the interior is a bit dated now - but if you drop your budget to £10k it might be a better option as it's a bit less thirsty with the Powershift box.
An Octavia vRS would also be worth a look, as would a 528i if you can find one.
