BT must not be one of them then , to obtain my 13 static public IPs all I had to do was click a checkbox saying I wanted them. It was on their "business" fttc package.
Just seems a waste though, if your doing nats inbound, fine you probably have a valid reason (natting to a bunch of web servers for instance)
If your patting each of your windows boxes out so they go out via different IP's just for internet browsing purposes, something sounds sketchy as to the motive behind the request
