Maybe it's just the supersampling with the GTS and the more powerful GTX copes with it better. Cheers for the reply. :)

I'll try it with Supersampling off and see what happens. Defraged both drives as well last night. Although they were only 2.0% and 0.2% fragmented. :p
The only background process would be NOD32, but we'll see what happens with Supersampling first.
