I've literally melted my brain trying to get my head around exactly what I would need to buy to get the best possible spec's for this price give or take a few quid to go iracing for the next few years without the need to upgrade, I've looked at and read about pre-built pc's but would rather know exactly what I'm getting for my money, I'm confident in my ability to put it all together, but knowing exactly what to buy is beyond my current knowledge of gaming pc internals, If anyone would be so kind as to come up with a build list for me I would be extremely grateful.

Cheers mickyflinn, really appreciate your input, as I've missed BF/CM so called deals I'll wait until just after Christmas and see if there are any savings to be made which I can put towards some peripherals.

I'd keep watching ram prices daily and check multiple vendors. 5600c36 ddr5 ram would have been sub £100 couple on months ago. due to AI data center buildout, there's a world shortage now. Again, ssd prices going up too because of it. The ssd @mickyflinn lists is very good, and a good price..even at it's lowest it was £120 briefly but more £130/140. Mobo/case both new and were same price...one thing to note for mobo, it has a hard limit 150w draw for cpu. The 7800x3d is an excellent gaming cpu and very efficient so is a great pairing, but if down the line you intend to put a much more powerful cpu in then you could hit that limit. the 9800x3d for instance can actually draw more than 150w under load(not by much, and not during gaming)..if you ever think you'll upgrade the cpu to something far more powerful (9950x3d for exmaple can draw 230w), then plum for the nitro+ version (on £10 more but on preorder astm, but if you're happy to be patient...)
There's also talk now that gpu's will start going up in price soon also, as they use vram, which ai gpu's love, so professional gpu's can have a huge ammount of vram on them)
