16MB and 32MB Cache

Is there a huge difference between these two?
And why is 32MB Cache only on 750GB+ Drives?

Seagate do 500GB drives with 32mb cache, dont know enough to comment on performance though

my WD 640gb has 32mb cachei cant really comment on performance but it probably helps. seeing as theres little price differance between 16 and 32mb cache its probably worth getting.
