what the hell lol. They must be desperate for PCSOs or something in Thames Valley. I cant see them being much use tbh, as much good as they try and do.

I know, which just makes the whole issue of PCSOs even more of a nonsense. I would expect it to be some offence or other to leave when asked by one not too....
What annoys me is that I doubt that a PCSO gets paid less than half what a PC does. So, judging by the amount of PCSOs I see around the place these days the money would be better spent on half as many PCs?

They get paid more.

A PCSO gets more than half? (which was a random amoount tbh, probably about 75% since your average PC doesnt make that much?)
