Looking for a of around this price and willing to go to 1800.
I will be using this pc for high end gaming such as bf3 on ultra settings and hopefully playing some games on three monitors. Also I will be using ir for graphics editing, video editing, video game creation and watching movies.
Thanks

Depending on just how much video editing (and so transcoding) you do, it may be worth daving a few quid and dropping to an i5.

Here is my suggestion

Eats all of the budget but includes
- 256gb SSD
- 2TB storage
- Blu Ray Drive
- Soundcard
- Quiet case with dust filters (very easy case to build in that can be left very tidy)

It's £100 over the budget lol ? oops sorry he did say he's willing to go to £1800

Could always replace bluray with standard DVD drive and remove soundcard - saving about £70... depends how bad he wants it lol

@ Hunter - anything tickled your fancy yet?

Currently I am liking your recommended build and I think I can squeeze enough money to buy it although I may purchase a lower storage SSD to buy a extra hard drive.

I have that ssd drive and after windows is installed, plus steam and origin games i have 76gb of space left, i personally think a 240gb ssd is spot on.

Do u already have a hdd or an optical drive that you could resuse??

Maybe the SSD can stay buy I may remove the soundcard depending on how the quality on the mobo is.
I guess I can also use a old optical drive instead of a blu ray one.
