Good lord, it's that bad it feels like it's hit the house. The smell after the lightning strike is foul.

Malc, I'm just getting a second pass, should be your way next! (Barwell)

Any idea if it's coming Derby way???

Errrr, it may do. You're North of me and my room is South facing - I think. So if it's heading North which it appears to be you may do so.

The rain is fantastic. I do love a good downpour. I keep wandering into the conservatory but then think what if I get struck :D

Why is it with thunder, you now it's coming as you get a warning when the lightning strikes and you look forward to it, but it still makes you jump a little?

Moral dilemma - should I, or should I not have just let the cat out? She was moaning at me for making her stay indoors... oh well. I'll just leave the door open for her.

Ha ha serves them right, I hate JCC the scrounging oiks :D

It's not so bad at the minute here in nuneaton, I work about 5 minutes from Hinckley and 10 minutes from Barwell and the skies are begining to clear slightly. I want a big storm. Apparently before I got to work there was a massive roll of thunder that shook the building  I wish I had been here for that. Also hoping for the leccy to be fried, means I can sit and play on my ds

ROFL. WB all the way, although as it's on a downward slop I'd imagine that's flooded too.

DS in work? I want a job where you work! cv already prepapred

OT, Mikol how old are you? /OT

Nice OT tags, if only OCUK implemented those. 21 mate... Whilst we're of topic, what car do you drive out of interest? In case I've seen you around.

For the record people, I wasn't scared by the thunder, I quite enjoyed it infact! :D;)

Green Rover 620. I know you'll know my mum, she's a teacher at Heathfield.

Ah yes, I recall having this conversation before. I'll know your Mum for sure. Never in her class but she did teach my class a few times. English teacher?

Anyway...I like thunderstorms; I like to stand outside in them shouting "COME ON, YA <fatherless child>! I DARE YA!"

*n

Hahaha. Have done that once or twice, minus the taunting though :)

edit - great, garage was flooded.

If it does rain, post here - my back door is open, and seems to attract rain . :p

Well, after letting my cat out, I panicked so left the back door open and went back to bed. I checked it an hour or two later and the kitchen had a huge puddle in the middle of the floor :/
