1800x vs 2700 - Bang for buck

Which processor do you guys think would deliver the best bang for your buck? £78 is a fairly hefty price difference, and would easily cover going from 3000MHz to 3200MHz RAM, or adding an nvme drive to an upgrade.

I have seen quite few ryzen cpu both 1st and 2nd generation on the members market, so maybe have a look over the next few weeks.

I wish I could, but I don't have access to the market due to my post count
