Both sticks will run at the same voltage, frequency, and timings (the worst of the two sticks), and dual channel will work.
The crucial ram would be running above its spec at 1.5v, which is not likely to cause a problem, but the paranoid would rather put in a stick of 1.5v or replace your 1.5v stick.
 
I trust Samsung ram to last a very long time, and I'd rather run my parts in spec. My decision would be to get 1.5v
 
When I buy second hand ram I always run memtest (memtest86 on a usb drive will do), better to find out early if it's faulty so that you can return it. If it passes the test, consider it to be new, since ram so rarely fails.
