.

It's about 3200km without out a motorway in sight, as I start off in the good bits anyway :p. If you zoom in on any part of that route it's nothing but curves everywhere

They've updated Google Maps recently to add a lot of functionality... if my French understanding isn't failing me.

Yes I'm going on my Street, these are definitely not the type of roads to take a porker on.

Has anyone got any suggestions for luggage options on the Street Triple?

I have an excellent tank bag but I don't think I want to ride for 10 days with a rucksack on my back. There are no realistic top box options for the Street Triple as the mounting points are too fragile for any weight.

Are you carrying a pillion?

If not, then the only choice is Kreiga ;)

Solo for this trip. It's difficult to mount anything on the rear seat because of the lack of passenger handles and the twin under seat exhausts being of high and sticking out the sides.

Edit: The Kreiga looks like it will work actually. I'd get the 20/30 and not the 70 though as I'm only off for 10 days.

Their rucksacks look interesting too for when I do 2-up touring. It's annoying that the R35 isn't waterproof though.

Looking at the videos for the US20 I'm not sure it will fit well on the Street Triple pillion seat. If it does then a US30 combo would be ideal, and I could use the US10 bag for adding the the R30 rucksack when I ride with my wife.

Is the R30 comfortable? It looks like it's missing a lot of the adjustments of the R35.

Are you camping? If not you'll get away with a 20 and 2x 10's, or a single 30. The 30 is big so is a tight fit on some seats, but if you're camping for 10 days you'll probably need to space.

Don't forget to use the 44teeth rewards page for 10% off.

I'm not camping. The US30 is just a US20 and a US10, no? In that case it's exactly the same as mounting a US20.

Edit: Ah I see there is a standalone US30 too.

I think I'll go for the US 20 + US 10 for the tail and I'll have a think about (ask the wife for permission) the R30 back pack.

We don't do camping on our trips as youth hostels are so cheap and it saves having to carry a ton of extra awkward luggage.
