I bought the "Geekria" version of the arctis replacements in the end. They fit fine and are better than the OEM ones. They arent perfect but still an improvement if you want rid of that rubbery fake leather stuff

Yeah been looking at those, the product images really don't do them justice sadly. The OEM initially are useable but after a little while they do get clammy. I would go Steel Series but the postage alone is 12 quid. So Will probably give those Geekria a spin.

Don't expect miracles, they are ok but feel a bit scratchy on the skin. They are much better than the standard ones for me though, I can wear the headset for longer without constantly wanting to take it off
