19" wide screen?

[whenRD600?]

Can anyone give me some advice on what the best 19" widescreen monitor is for gaming, I don't care what its like for anything else, just needs to be good for games with quick responce time.
I have a dell 2407 while great for x box 360 and watching films on I do find it a little too big for playing counter strike and other pc games on, also at 1920x1200 you get quite a hit on frame rate performance.
Past monitors..... Used to have a samsung 940b that was good but not widescreen. also had a samsung 204b 20.1" which I wasn't that keen on tbh.

Any recomendations????

Cheers

What graphics card are you using there? Isn't it easier to upgrade that instead? (I am curious as I am on the hunt for an AGP graphics card so I can game on my Dell 24")
