Hey guys,

anyone currently cooling one of these with a PA120.3 - DDC pump rig with a CPU-GPU loop only? If so whats the max temps?

Thanks

Are you thinking of cooling CPU and GPU with a PA120.3 and DDC Pump or are you cooling one at the moment?

Reason I ask Is this weekend hopefully going to try to set up my 2 XT-X Cards, CPU and NB with a DDC Pro pump and gulp a Black Ice Stealth II.

I haven't a clue whether the temps will be OK, it's just a test rig to see.

Maybe some help to you.

I have a x1900xt at 749/801 with 1.6cv on it's own loop with a single rad with a low speed fan. mcw60 waterblock and aquaextreme 50z.

I was seeing load temps around 60 degrees. however last night I was in the case and saw quite a bad kink so I stripped out my loop and replaced some tubing. I also re-seated the waterblock which didn't look like it was making great contact. I will post updated load tmeps tonight for you.

Ok have the following setup:-

PA 120.3 with the extra shroud.
X1900xtx oc'd to infinity.... and beyond :D
Opteron 146 @ 3ghz
Laing D5
Nexus fans
EK waterblock cooling gfx card and memory

The gfx is idleing at 35c and after a good blast of gaming, say Supreme Commander it hits 42c. Before on the stock cooler the card was crossing 90  (before clocking)

Very encouraging info :)

The plan is to have an EK full cover on the 1900xt-x and a fuzion on the CPU in one loop with an PA120.3 (3xnexxus).

I guess it will be fine then.

btw, what clocks are "infinity" :p ?

I never OC gfx and to be honest I dont even know from were to start, but with such nice temps when I finish the loop (waitting some parts still from US) I must be stupid not to. The CPU is clocked however, 4400+ X2 939 @ 2.5Ghz - 250FSB - 1.4v core - 1:1 ram on air. (Can do more, but corsairs wont do 1:1 beyond 250Mhz at 2.5-3-3-7 - 1T.
