Can't we have a thread for extreme camber/slammed cars, stretched rubber and old school/rusty stuff and call it The Penski Thread? ;)

Everything else seems to be categorized (ie, Youtube Videos Thread, Daily Encounters Thread..etc etc) so why not this as it seems to crop up so often and its obviously not to everyone's taste. :)

If you don't like it then do three things:

1, Don't open the thread.
2, Don't read the thread.
3, Make a thread of your own showing something you like.

If you think a thread is inappropriate for the forum then use the RTM function. That's what it is there for.

If you can't do that then sit down, shut up and stop whinging.

I think what he meant was actually not against the pictures/tyre stretching at all but more at that all things like this are in one easy to find place. :)

Have to say, don't normally like the stretched tyres, but that one looks cool...I think it's the green and black rim that does it. :D

How do you stretch tyres? (I know nothing about tyre fitting as you can tell!)

IIRC Penski posted pictures showing someone putting some sort of flammable liquid into the alloy with the tyre on then lighting it..

** WOOOSH ** Tyre majically fits :D

EDIT - TOO Late :p

What the.........

You just put the tyre over the rim, stick some break cleaner stuff in and light it? Is that it?

They do the same with the snow trucks over in Antartica when the tyres come off the rim due them running on such low pressures, Crazy
