In my honest opinion i think this is what the banks and government are doing and i believe this £19k is just a new scheme. Its rightly yours paid personally from G. Brown.

Put it in a high interest account, and keep it safe for them until they ask for it back.

Why tell the bank, just do nothing! That way it stays in your account as long as possible earning you interest. You're hardly going to get into trouble for doing nothing.

Alternatively I suggest withdrawing the lot and putting it all on black, that way when you win you can pay back their 19k and have some nice winnings for yourself :p (Don't do this)

according to bank it was payed in somewhere in london (nowhere near me - im in swansea atm) and whoever deposited it put my name on the paying in slip together with my acct details. how odd 0_o. maybe i have a guardian angel of some sorts
