$1m to 'be Bernie for a year'

I'd love it but I fear that:

- after Melbourne, Bernie and I would enjoy an initial conversation, looking back on F1 over the years
- after Malaysia, we would talk about the rise of technology in F1
- after Bahrain, it would be a bit awkward. We'd be encouraged to dodge topics on human rights and instead focus on how amazing it is that you can try to literally glue down a whole dessert in order to run an F1 race here
- after China, the human rights elephant is definitely right in the room and trumpeting loudly. We'll be encouraged to talk about the great safety work the FIA is doing in the fastest growing nation of motor consumers
- after Spain, we'll talk about how glad we are not to have been sitting in Valencia
- after Monaco, we'll talk about how amazing it is to be here, how much history the circuit has, how chic the crowds are, in fact anything other than the actual race. We will be on a yacht
- after Montreal, we'll talk about the first potential driver moves for next season
- after Austria, I'll try and stop him talking constantly about Seb V and how amazing he is
- after Britain, we'll talk about how Silverstone still needs to invest £5 billion in upgrading facilities or else it risks being dropped from the calendar
- after Germany, we'll talk about how great Seb V is, to win an WDC this quickly, and in front of his home fans too. We'll be on video conference though, as Bernie won't fancy Germany in 2014
- after Hungary, we'll both be very dehydrated and hot, and talk enthusiastically about the upgrades that teams will be bringing after the summer break, even though the factories are closed
- after Spa, we'll be talking about Eau Rouge. We'll both miss Mark Webber
- After Monza, we'll be talking about why Kimi isn't talking even though he's now at Ferrari and has never really talked to anyone anyway
- After Singapore, we'll be talking about the latest 2015 Asian track deals that Bernie has signed, and how Cambodia has always been full of F1 potential
- After Japan, I'll be completely fed up by this point and talking about how, at one of the all-tie classic circuits, F1 is selling itself out and is completely confused as to whether it is sport or entertainment
- After Russia, we'll both just be counting huge amounts of Rubles
- After Austin, we'll be talking about how great it will be to have New Jersey and Mexico on the 2015 calendar
- After Brazil, we'll be talking about Senna
- After Abu Dhabi, we'll be changing Rubles into Dollars. We're barely speaking at this point.

Despite the above, I'd still go for it :D

I'd love it but I fear that:

- after Melbourne - I'd be sleeping with a pit girl
- after Malaysia, I'd be sleeping with a pit girl
- after Bahrain, I'd be sleeping with a pit girl
- after China, I'd be sleeping with a pit girl
- after Spain, I'd be sleeping with a pit girl
- after Monaco,I'd be sleeping with a pit girl on a yacht
- after Montreal, I'd be sleeping with a pit girl
- after Austria, I'd be sleeping with a pit girl
- after Britain, I'd be sleeping with a pit girl
- after Germany, I'd be sleeping I'd be sleeping alone
- after Hungary, See above
- after Spa, I'd be sleeping with a pit girl
- After Singapore, I'd be sleeping with 2 pit girls
- After Japan, I'd be sleeping with 3 pit girls
- After Russia, See above times 2
- After Austin, I'd be sleeping with a pit girl
- After Brazil, I'd be sleeping with a pit girl
- After Abu Dhabi, no comment

Fixed it for you.

If I had a spare mil I'd be on that right away. Would love the chance to walk the grid before the race and hobnob with the racers.

Hahaha.

Just make sure those 2 in Singapore are what you think they are ;)

:D

Just out of interest, how much would it cost you to get to each GP if you were doing it like Bernie :D:D

(doesnt mention how you actually get to each race, just that you have access. Not to mention hotels etc etc etc)

dont get me wrong, if you have a spare $1m then Im sure you could afford it, but Im guessing it would be close to another $1m on top

Paddock Club is roughly £2,500 per person per race. As far as I know that gets you in the Paddock, although I doubt it gets you on the grid. I don't even know if a 'normal' person could buy a grid pass.
