Paddock Club is roughly £2,500 per person per race. As far as I know that gets you in the Paddock, although I doubt it gets you on the grid. I don't even know if a 'normal' person could buy a grid pass.

You definitely can, I have seen them advertised on "GP" trips. When I went to Aus a few years ago the access including that pass was ~£8000 if I recall correctly
