We have an advent calander made from cloth with the nativity scene on and you move the star across each day, my older kids had to make do with this, I refused to buy chocolate ones. However I have gone soft in old age and bought my young son a doctor who calander
Last year my now ex boyfriend bought me one with the celebrations in them, but because I wanted to break up with him I couldnt bring myself to start it, anybody want last years one, its here somewhere???
haven't had an advent calander since i was 6, it had something to do with me, from the age of 3 opening up all the doors, eating the chocs, and closing the doors, pretending i hadn't openend them.
then in the year i was 6 i realised that if i opened the bottom of the calander, took out the plastic, ate the chocs, and re sealed it my parents wouldn't notice...my sister grassed me up cow
I had the same one, and also wasn't sure what it was supposed to be. I thought it was Roo or Piglet with the lantern. Our youngest son wants to know why his has chocolate in and mine has poo(h) in.
Hope all of you out there with either the flu or the yukky tummy bug that's doing the rounds get better soon.
