Hello all,

Well here's my first proper attempt at IR

Processed in Aperture and Photoshop

Shot with Canon 350D, 17-40L, ISO100, EP 30seconds.

Hoya 58mm R72 Infrared bluetacked onto a 77mm UV which screwed straight onto the front of the lens.

Really nice effort that. As mentioned on msn, I find the foreground plants a little distracting. I would also like to see the sky a little bluer, other than that.. good job. :)
 
it's a 'nice' shot, no denying that.. it's just, lacking.. i'm not sure - it just doesn't grab me. don't construed this as me having a go, i'm not.

might have to have a quick crop of it, remove the things mentioned and see if it jumps at me then.
