Yes never buy a reliable PSU brand and yes change to dual memory for RAM, as for Hard Drive the prices are so expensive. Im currently build my PC(under signature), was gonna buy Hard drive last week didn't know that it shoot that high. managed to buy a 2TB 5900RPM one this morning at £70. checked on the site later today and it went to £90. look around its a big retailer in UK although I can't disclose it as I would breach rules on the forum. Besides that everything else looks great.

Depending on how how many games you plan on playing. It might be a thought to just get an SSD with the prices of HDD's at the moment. You would get a good one for 100 quid.

If you need the storage space... then second hand might be a good idea for an HDD.
