Nope. It's only the 2.5" drives which can be powered by usb alone. Some of these even require multiple usb ports to provide enough power.
There aren't any 1TB 2.5" drives yet (i think WD has one coming next year, although it's insanely expensive) so you won't find any 1TB drives that can just be powered from the usb alone as they'll all be 3.5" drives.
