Hiya guys,
I'm after a new Hdd, but tbh i have no idea at all in regards to whats the best at the moment etc.
Not looking at spending a lot, £60 max if i can.
Any of you lovely people able to help me out?
Also, a friend has offered me an OCZ Vertex 2E 30GB SSD that he hasn't used, i intend on using it just for my O/S and favorite programs.
Any good?
Thanks for any input.
David

A 30 GB SSD will hold an installation of Windows, but there won't be much room for much more than that. Plus it's an OCZ SSD. Do yourself a favour, buy a good SSD like an M4, 60 GB or more if you can afford it.

As for a 1TB harddrive, I would get a WD or Hitachi brand. I don't rate Seagate for reliability at all. A 1TB Hitachi can easily be found for under £60.
