It's funny you should say that because I actually never got a reply from the CEO. Though next day I got a reply via a ticket I opened, telling me they will be sending one out free of charge and I don't have to return the faulty one I have.
Just hope it comes quick because I'm having to keep the pod open to turn the speakers on at the minute.
My guess is that it would be due to the email to the CEO. Every time I have gone this route with various companies I get a resolution within 24 hours of sending the email, it seems to work really well.
