2.1 upgradeable & multiple sources?

Hi,

I've got my shiny new monitor i'm now after a good set of 2.1 speakers.

I was going to go for the AE ones but i need to be able to swap the sound from my PC to my 360.

So i'm just curious to know if theres a nice set that has 2 preferably optical inputs and is upgradeable to 5.1 if i can further down the road.

Either that or can anyone recommend a switcher box to go between the two.

Any advice?

5.1 minus 2?

I guess there aren't any with the specs i'd like. Oh well, guess it'll be the AE ones with a switcher box. Can anyone recommend one of those then please?

Although what 5.1 set would people recommend? Again preferably with a optical in as my PC & 360 have the connection? Surely if i got one of those for a good price i could run it without the rears on?

Just buy a av amplifier and stereo speakers for now, you can always add the remaining speakers later.

A av amplifier will have all the analogue/digital audio & video switching you'll need (possibly except for HDMI etc)
