2.5 drive for enclosure

ok, my usb 3 enclosure is due today, which drive would be better to put in it :
WD - wd5000bevt 500GB
Hitatchi - HTS545050b9A300 500GB

oh, forgot to mention, i have these 2 drives here, they are old ones i have spare.
does look like a nice drive though, maybe once i have saved for my cooler i might invest in one of these

do/will 2.5 drives go over 500GB?

Both Samsung and WD make 1Tb 2.5" drives but they're the 5400 rpm ones. OCUK only do Samsungs to 750Gb and WDs to 640Gb though.

would they still be ok for enclosures or would they draw too much power?
also, any suggestions on either of the 2 drives, or will they be very similar it wont matter which i chuck in?

Any 2.5" drive would work fine in the enclosure. It's only 3.5" drives that need more power.
