2.5" drive too tall to fit into external enclosure?

Removed a hard drive from one of my laptops to put in an ssd and wanted to put it into an external enclosure.

However the height of it is too tall to fit into any of the enclosures I have bought.

Does anyone know of an enclosure that takes into account a taller hard drive? Am I missing something obvious?

Nah you are not.. Most drives now are 7mm including SSD and smaller plattered drives. The standard used to be 9.5mm which most drives used to be and then there are 12/15mm for enterprise drives.
