Mulling a pair of 2.5" Hybrid drives, anyone running Hybrid in a RAID configuration? Data drive is only used for iTunes and OneDrive cache.

Just looking at potential performance gains, but further reading I think I'll just got for two normal drives. 2.5" form fact of interest due to the space saving in the case, but again minimal I suppose
