How can run dual screen using a gtx 1060 which has 1x hdmi 1x Dp and 2x dvi ports but the monitors only have hdmi and vga? Please help ?

DisplayPort to HDMI cable, it's a passive cable as they share many signal wires.

Or DVI to HDMI, you sometimes get them GPUs.

Then you can just use two of the numerous HDMI cables you likely have floating around.
