Stupid question...but.... If I put 2 graphics cards into a PC I can then run 4 monitors? Is there anything I have to be carefull about?

Unfortunately or fortunately it is not for gaming...
It's going to be used for positioning and 3D imaging of the seabed on a new survey vessel we are building for ourselves.
go.mole: I am going to go for the same exact graphic cards, so I will not have the same problem.... keep it simple
