2 gfx cards and 2 monitors on the same system, just a case of plugging in ?

waiting for a crossfire bridge to run my 2 1950 pro's in crossfire, just wondered if its as simple as plugging the cards in then one monitor to each card ?

Yes it is. You'll just have to go into display settings and mess around till you get the best setting for you.

with standard crossfire enabled Im not sure you can use dual monitors

I have been advised with the new cards this is possible but I havent seen it myself - it might be wholly driver related in which case you will be ok - let us know how you get on

got the 2 cards/monitors working, but if i start a game on my main monitor i have to alt/tab out of the game to access the other card/monitor is there a way around it ?

You would have to do that anyway, no matter what (well I tell a lie there is the option of playing the game in a window, but I believe that usually crucifies performance, if its even possible - I dont think all games like it/allow it)
