Hi there, i have just found out that i have 2 hard drives in my PC

One is the 80GB SSD drive and one is the 1TB normal hard drive.

The 80GB SSD Drive is the active drive and i have got windows installed on it (i think) and it has a lot of games on it and its almost full.

Can someone tell me how to make the 2nd hard drive active or tell me how i can use it and install games onto it and stuff so i can use both at the same time?

Is it better to have the OS installed on the SSD as its faster and a few games i use a lot? and then install the other games on the other one?

Please can anyone tell me how to do this?

Right click my computer > manage > drive management

Then look for the graphic bar for the 1TB drive. If it's all black, right click and create partition, sticking to the defaults (except full format).

If it's already partitioned (blue colour) it may just need a drive letter assigned - right click and choose change drive letter and paths > add.

Should then appear in my computer and be selectable when installing games etc.

Yeah your right, it was blue and the drive name was not assigned!

Got it set as E:/ now

Quick question, if i just copy Game files over to there, for example Dragon Age Origins, will it still work?

Probably not as all of the registry entries will be pointing to the original installation folder. You will be best off backing up your saved games etc, uninstalling the games, then reinstalling them on your 1TB drive.
