2 internet connections?

I currently have Virgin and Orange adsl, My virgin connection is abit temperamental when playing games(i seem to loose connection a lot) And my Orange seems to be sock solid for this, but orange have a really low fair usage policy so when i download a lot i get letters telling me off.
I also use 2 main computers and another 2 in the house. I have 1 for downloading and 1 for playing games.
What i would like to do is have both connections running at the same time.
so i have:
2 internet connections both with routers
4 pcs
and 1 Gigabit switch
Is it possible for all the computers to see each other

Hope i've made it clear enough, but my head is all over the place atm

Yep, you could put a link from both routers to a switch (2 cables) and from the switch to the computers. All you would need to change there is the gateway and DNS servers and put the IPs statically on the systems. The systems will be able to talk to each other then aslong as they fall in the same IP address range and subnet.

Also you will need to disable the DHCP server in one of the routers.

You could also make a couple of batch files that use the Netsh command to change the setting more easily between routers.

Regardless, it's still good advice to turn off DHCP on one of the routers, probably the Orange connected one since that has the usage limits.

And a batch file using netsh is very good advice: http://www.petri.co.il/configure_tcp_ip_from_cmd.htm

He should incase other PCs are added to the network without having static IPs set. Not good practice to have two DHCP servers unless there's a good reason and they've been carefully configured so they don't give out the same batch of addresses.

You might find the routers' IPs conflict too.
