2 iPhone issues..

I have a couple problems I could use some help with.

1. Time Zone

For some reason my time zone settings keep changing to Berlin, no matter how many times I change it back to London. I have noticed that all of my received text messages are time stamped an hour ahead, so I went into settings and sure enough, the phone has switched itself back to Berlin.

I've googled about but can't find anyone with the same problem. This happened on my old iPhone so it's obviously something that I am doing wrong.

2. Safari images when on 3G.

Whenever I am not on wifi and I'm using my phone, every image is showing up as you can see in the picture. If I am on wifi the pictures show up as they should.

Any help appreciated as these 2 problems are driving me nuts.
 
It is jailbroken.

This is my 2nd iPhone oli365, It happened on my first one too. And I have done multiple restores in the past and always had this problem.
 
Just did a restore to try fix the image problem - no luck.

Don't know if its a carrier issue or what, anyone else on o2 ever experienced this?
 
Apparently it's "O2 Age Verification" which is blocking the images. They require a credit card to make a £1 payment to verify your age. I don't own a credit card so it looks like I'll have to go to my nearest store.

Don't know why this has happened all of a sudden as I've been on this contract for 13 months now.
