Hi

I have 2 issues, not that serious but would like to solve them

1- The reset button suddenly stopped working, i tried to reconnect the connector , checked the bios , still its not responding.
2- my TP-Link WiFi adapter BE9300 is only connecting to 20MHz, for all 2.4, 5, and 6GHz ,you can see the picture attached, I tried to contact tp-link support but no response from them.
I tried to reinstall the driver, remove and install, latest driver is installed , still the same

how to solve these issues?

Your screenshot shows that 20MHz width is the only option besides auto for the 6GHz band.

This doesn't mean that your adapter is connecting to the other bands with 20MHz width. Device properties do not show any status information.

What does the adapter status show?

I think you might be looking into the settings too much. Is there a performance problem you're seeing with the wifi that led you to checking these values? Generally you should leave them set to "Auto" unless you think you're encountering a problem.

There can be multiple devices using any of those frequencies (phones, bluetooth, baby monitors, microwaves, etc) not to mention anyone else's nearby home network and these all have to share the available channels. If there aren't many devices near you, the auto setting will try to use a wider channel. If it finds that the channel(s) are quite noisy, it will limit itself to a width of 20MHz to avoid this with the idea that any other devices that have this capability will similarly limit their bandwidth to 20MHz so all the devices sharing the 2.4GHz spectrum (for example) have the best performance they can.
