Ok so me & my mate have been playing sports on a weekly basis for some times now (usually 5/6 times a month). We started with 'badders' but after a couple of years my reaction times got silly quick. Was hitting it back at point blank range (pure instinct or muscle memory?). Awsome for me but frustrating for him.

We moved onto squash but after a year its getting boring.

Apart from pingpong i cant think of anything else.

I'm somewhat confused by the people suggesting 'Fives' as a two player sport?

Anywho, as mentioned by others, golf, tennis, table-tennis would be the main choices to look at.

Then of course things like pool/snooker but they obviously won't provide you with the the physical workout that I reckon you are after. Unless of course you play SPEED-POOL! :D

I thought fives was played both as singles and doubles (although I think Eton fives might be doubles-only).

Ah... I was thinking 'Fives' as in 5-a-side football! :D What is Eton Fives when its at home? Never heard of it!

Edit : Just googled it - you learn something new every day! :p
