Firstly - Cloning and imaging
Whats the difference?
Im migrating from one SSD to another and I thought Id create a backup of windows while Im at it onto my storage HDD.
Now because Ive been stupid and messing around with stuff, Ive gone and changed my HDD from primary to dynamic and the software Im trying to use wont let me clone onto a dynamic disk, but it will let me image onto it.
Will an image fully work as a back up, or will a clone be better?
Secondly - Dynamic and primary
Following on from the above, how do I go about changing my HDD back to primary.
Ive read that this can only be done 100% by backing up everthing on the HDD and deleting the volume and reformatting it back to a primary.
Is that the only way without loosing data, or is there any other ways?
