Hi,

First and foremost, what is the likelyhood of there being a bios conflict between my motherboard and 8800GT if it's been working fine and suddently stopped, no new drivers, bios etc was installed.

Also, i have lost my windows security certificate sticker from the side of my pre-built pc. Is the product key when i right click on my computer/properties the one to reinstall windows?
