2 SSDs running 1 Windows

I'm off to bed mate as it's 0100 here ;)

But basically you want to do this:

Take all drives out except the SSD with Windows on it.
Enter diskpart and find the drive letter.
Do bcdboot <drive_letter:>\windows
Do bootsect /nt60 <drive_letter:>

Do dir /a <drive_letter:>\

Make sure you see <dir> Windows, <dir> boot, and bootmgr file.

Make sure that the partition is active.

That's really all there is to it.

all this faffing around, wipe and reinstall windows, you'll have a fresh new install with 0 problems.

If you manage to boot into windows with the above then prepare for the other issues within windows.

make sure you disconnect the other drives and leave the 1 SSD in you want to install windows on to.

Install and at the end reconnect the other drive, this prevent any install files / partitions installing on the 2tb? drive you have too.

There shouldn't be any. His C: drive will still be his C: drive.

The 100mb partition is a bitlocker partition that is not assigned a drive letter. Its loss will not affect anything.

And the OP asked for a solution which did not involve a reinstall.
