To make CDM as accurate as it is capable of being with SSD's you should use the maximum passes and file size. Otherwise the results can be way off, especially the 4k writes.
Personally I wouldn't bother at all with CDM for SSD's and just stick with AS.
128KB. I found smaller stripes "felt" more sluggish, I didn't time things. I know a lot of people have suggested smaller stripes, but it didn't work for me. I figure a lot of the old testing was done on XP, and it's a pure guess that Windows Vista and 7 have perhaps pushed up the filesizes a bit, making a bigger stripe more worthwhile.
Try imaging your Windows install and try different sizes to see what works best for you.
