Hello,

I have a dilemma i can't seem to find the answer to and would appreciate some help? (thanks in advance) ..

I have the Asus P8Z68-V PRO with 2x Agility 3's in Raid 0 SSD(boot drive) on the intel SATA3 6Gbp/s controller and 2xWDcaviar blacks HDD in RAID 0 (Storage) on the intel SATA2 3.Gbp/s controller..

I set up RAID 0 for SSD's and HDD's using the normal ctrl + i sequence ..

So technincally i have 2 x RAID 0 Arrays on one intel controller .. my question is DOES HAVING 2 RAID 0 ARRAYS AFFECT MY SSD PERFORMANCE? because at the mo i'm only getting 352MB/s read and 120MB/s Write and have enabled acceleration via IRST ect ..

cant seem to get my agilitys up to speed?

any help much appreciated thanks..

Yeah write back cahing is selected .. using Crystal disk mark . . will give ATTO a try

thanks for your reply i'm just baffled by this situation

can i ask @ Jboggs

..

are you referirng to SSD caching?

i have no need to run a mechanical bench at all .. i have windows on
C: drive (2x ssd in Raid 0 with accelration enabled)

D: (2 x7200 rpm sata drives in seperate raid 0 ) acceleration disabled

thanks for your reply but not too sure you understood the question?

could be wrong lol
