I built a PC for my friend about 2 years ago from the black friday sale here at OC and its been fine but now its playing up. I think its the power supply that's messed up but I thought I would seek some advice here before I told him to buy a new power supply.
When you turn it on, it starts to load for about 3-5 seconds and then just restarts and repeats. The computer doesn't make any beeping sound and some of the fans turn on else well as the white colour light from the psu.
I think it was a superflower psu but I don't remember and he doesn't live near so I can't just find out.

I would be greatful for any ideas since Sunday I am going down his to try stuff like remove gpu etc to see if a lower load would help.
