2 years ago i had a steam account with css source and sum other games on it now because i cannot remember the answer to the secret question they are not giving me it back, does any1 know what i should do really annoying as i wanna play css but dnt have the 13.99 to pay fror it again and y shud i?

Well if you wrote to Steam with the same spelling and grammar as your post, no wonder they're not entertaining the idea of giving you back the account.

More productively, you need to prove the account is yours. Be it a picture of a CD key from one of the games registered to it, or an e-mail receipt from a game bought for it.
