Well I've put the voltage on the CPU up to 1.385v and it seems to be working fine now. Thanks!

have you thought about using offset cpu voltage rather than a fixed amount?

offset will let cpu use less than 1v and 1600mhz speed at idle and switch to full voltage/speed if stressed

Well I tried offset, and it didn't have any difference, and now putting the clock speeds to default are becoming problematic! The same error is occurring, but before the crash everything seems to slowly deteriate; textures stop loading, game starts glitching, explorer crashes and alt tab does nothing, before a final freeze and crash... And this is on STOCK settings

try reflashing the same bios,then load optimised defaults in the bios

it will reset everything,it's a pain but sometimes it's needed

Putting the voltage up worked sometimes, but would sometimes still be unstable. I have ended up replacing a faulty hard drive I was using in RAID, and putting the clock back to 4.4GHz on 1.375v and all seems fine again! Thanks for the help!
