20 seconds until the first beep - 40 seconds to boot, with fast SSD :/

Hey guys, I have a problem with my MSI P67a G45 Motherboard. It takes around 20 seconds after pressing the power button for anything to actually happen (the fans power up instantly etc, but nothing comes up on the screen) The first beep follows the 20 seconds of nothingness, then a further 20 seconds to boot to windows. I am unsure of whether this is a hardware issue? I've updated the bios to the latest (v1.18). This board is originally part of an overclocked bundle from OCUK, with core i5 2500k OC'd and 4GB of OC'd RAM.

I've got a Corsair Force 3 120GB SSD, which is pretty fast, so it's quite frustrating :/.

Thank's in advance for any help,

Danny

leezer3: PSU is a Corsair TX750M. It has been doing this for a few months, but only just had enough time to properly sort it out! :).

IronWarrior: Yes I see the BIOS, after the 20 seconds of nothing, all carries on as it should do :/.

Thank-you both for replying, your time is much appreciated.

Oddly enough, I loaded up stock settings and that made it faster, 15 seconds (rather than 20) before any activity. I then loaded my OC'd profile, and that raised it back up to 20 seconds before activity! That is odd, do you think this means it's an overclocking issue? I still think it should be less than 15 seconds, but I maybe wrong.

In regards to the PSU, I'll arrange with one of my mates to test it on theres.
