290 Crossfire and a 27" 1440P Monitor You are probably looking at around £2120 ish when ocuk add the build price on.
I know you prefer Nvidia, but the AMD gpu's are cracking value for money.
The Powercolor is out of stock atm (As is the Monitor), but I would imagine more stock is on the way. You could ask Customer Services when they are due in.
Also there is a free set of 'AMD' Ram with each gpu at present. You could probably scrap the G.Skill Ram in my spec and use the AMD stuff instead. Failing that you could sell it on.
You could probably get away with a single R9 290 at 1440P for most games. It depends on whether you want to go 'all out' from the off
