£2000 small reliable car?

I'm another one for the Micra.

Super little cars, nippy enough for the town but don't expect high speeds on the motorway.

They do the job they are intended to do extremely well.

The 306 1.9DT is also a good car but they fall apart. Not the engine but the suspension, it'll start leaking, turn the wipers on and your main beam comes on, dash lights fail. Etc etc etc.

Micra 4 T W!

is she ubersmall?

if not maybe look at a nissan almera, sure it may cost a few quid extra to insure - but im not convinced how well a ka, or micra would take a hit if it happened to have a prang.

im 6 ft 4 and fit in the micra. just feels like the seat should go back another notch :p so if you are 6ft 2 or less will be fine :)

Micra has a 4 star ncap rating, it has a good chassis I reckon. They used to supply them as lpg, maybe still do

The new micra's are.....but i just naturally assumed we were talking about the old one for 2k (they are two star)!
