As I said when I sold mine, price it and somebody will pay it.

I did and learnt a lesson in life. It was my first car for my first proper job and you know how it is before you spend a bit of time reading the advice on the forum. My strategy of running a car long enough to buy another outright worked ok and the extra I paid for the car gave me piece of mind in my immature youth.

I paid £5500 for it, sold it for £3500 2.5 years later. I think that's ok and it was relatively cheap motoring which allowed me to buy something more meaty once I turned 21
